Dear Veronica, a few words to thank you again, our first stay in our house was great but 4 days is definitely too short, again sorry for not being able to see you, we will have more time this summer. The paintings and laminate floor are just amazing, we did not recognize the house and the decoration is terrific, our friends had visited the house with the realtor in November and they were stunned by the result. We met your son Jordan as he moved the lawn , he also made a great job and you were right, it was not necessary to reinstall new sod, after 3 month it became almost pefect again.

We also agree for the bathroom, the plastic floor needs to be replaced quickly and the toilet looks out of date (and too small) go ahead as soon you can, the 2 tile samples you left are perfect, Ashley prefers the 16x16 with the gray mosaic border in the entrance, for the toilet bowl I let you choose (white and elongated), I see a 5 days availability on the calendar next month (April 20-26) it would be great if you could do it this time .............. again many thanks, you have made our dream true.
